I started college at 5'10" and 120 pounds soaking wet.
Even girls would tease me about being lighter and skinnier than them.
Eventually, I was sick of being the "skinny guy" and started going to the gym.
After several years of hard work and dedication, I ended up gaining 40+ pounds of muscle.
But it wasn't easy.
I made a lot of mistakes along the way. And the "weight loss" focused fitness industry was no help either.
